Bat Spotting Walks....
....take place during the summer months when the bats are active. Meet at the Victoria Avenue entrance at dusk. There will not be any walks in wet weather. Please check back here in the spring for further details. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Health Walks
The health walks take place on the 2nd Monday of every month (except April 2012 where the date has been changed due to Easter). Meet at the Victoria Avenue entrance to the forest at 2pm. The walks, which are led by trained walk leaders, lasts for about one and a half hours followed by refreshments at Glenbrook Chapel hall on Glenbrook Road.
2012 dates are 13 February, 12 March, 16 April, 14 May, 11 June, 9 July, 13 August, 10 September, 8 October, 12 November, 10 December.
